This week we put these two products to the test to see which one came out on top.

 

Round 1:

Muscle Milk uses a 70 gram serving yielding 32 grams of protein.

Pro Complete uses 50 gram serving yielding 40 grams of protein.

Round 2:

Muscle Milk has 16 carbs per serving.

Pro Complete has 4 of which 3 are fiber.

Round 3:

Muscle Milk has 240 mg of sodium and 15mg of cholesterol.

Pro Complete has 35 mg of sodium and 5mg of cholesterol.

Round 4:

Muscle Milk has 12 grams of fat of which 6 are saturated.

Pro Complete has 3 grams of fat all derived from flax oil.

Round 5:

Muscle Milk has 512 grams of protein per container.

Pro Complete has 720 grams of protein per container.
